Kielder Railway Viaduct Northumberland.

These photos were taken at Kielder Railway Viaduct which crosses the River North Tyne near Kielder Village, Northumberland during late summer.

The railway was closed many years ago and part of the trackbed route is now submerged under Kielder reservoir. However the viaduct over the North Tyne was preserved and is a superb monument to railway engineering.

Kielder from the main road on the other side of this arch.
