These photos were taken at Simonside in August during an evening walk along one of the popular routes to Dove Crag.
Views include the Cheviot Hills, Rothbury & Coquet Valley, Fontburn Reservoir and the Northumberland Coast.

The path to Dove Crag is being repaired with stone slabs due to erosion by walkers.
View back down the path to the car park and across to the hill fort.

To the south Fontburn Reservoir can be seen.
This is one of the best viewpoints in Northumberland.
